How does &found work?
You stick a smart label on your item linked to your account. If someone finds it, they scan the QR code and can send you a message. No app, no instructions, no fuss. You decide how to reply and how to get your item back.
What happens when someone finds my stuff?
They scan the label and land on a simple page that lets them message you. You’ll get notified and can take it from there. Most people are happy to help - especially when it’s this easy.
Can strangers see my contacts?
No. Your personal details are never shown on the label. Messages go through &Found, so you stay in control of what you share and when.
Do I need an app, battery or subscription?
No app. No battery. No charging. Just a label that works whenever it’s scanned. You’ll need an active &Found account for messaging to work, but once it’s set up, there’s nothing to maintain.
What can I use &Found labels on?
Pretty much anything you don’t want to lose — keys, bags, phones, bikes, kids’ stuff, pet collars, luggage, water bottles. If it can be stuck to, clipped on, or tagged, it’ll work.
