Labels and Subscription: andfound provides physical labels or stickers (“Labels”) which contain QR codes. When attached to your belongings, these Labels allow someone who finds a lost item to scan and contact you.
Messaging Service: Finders may submit their contact details via a web form. You may choose whether to respond. Your contact details are only shared when you choose to reply.
No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that any lost item will be recovered, nor are we responsible for the actions of finders or owners.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
Account Creation: To use Labels, you must create an account and link each Label to your account with accurate contact details.
Subscription: Your first year’s subscription is free. Thereafter, subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.
Our Right to Change: We may change or withdraw features, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.
4. Purchasing Labels
Refunds: You may cancel your order for unused Labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the Labels are returned unused and in their original packaging.
Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Use with Subscription: Labels only work when linked to an active andfound subscription.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
Link purchased Labels to your account and keep your contact details accurate.
Only attach Labels to items that belong to you.
Treat finders respectfully and not misuse their contact details (e.g. harassment, spam, or unauthorised use).
Not use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Finder Use
If you scan a Label and choose to provide your details:
You do so voluntarily.
You must not use the platform to demand money, offer rewards, or otherwise transact financially.
We are not responsible for any disputes between owners and finders.
7. Data and Privacy
We collect limited personal data (such as email and phone number) to operate the service.
Finder details are only shared with owners when voluntarily provided.
Owners’ details are only shared if they choose to respond.
We retain user data as required for compliance purposes, unless you request deletion.

All rights in the andfound platform, software, and branding remain ours.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal purposes only.
Any content you upload (e.g. item details) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and use it for providing the service.

We provide the service “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for:
- loss, theft, or non-recovery of items
- service interruption

- disputes between users.
